Data Disposal

REOL Services will, after contract termination, destroy all remaining client data. This will include, but not limited to:
- S3 bucket data (all versions)
- EC2 running instances will enter stopped state and then proceed to shutdown
- EBS volumes will be deleted and EBS volume snapshots will be released
- EC2 Client AMI resources will be unregistered
- EFS resources will be fully removed
- RDS instances will be decommissioned and snapshots permanently deleted
- All IAM/SSH credential store will be wiped off from primary and standby locations
- All 2FA tokens will be revoked and IAM users disabled and removed
- CloudTrail/CloudWatch logs will remain for a period not longer than 180 days
- Route53 zones and ELBs will be decommissioned
- All other, Client assigned, managed AWS resources will spin-down as data export (if applicable) terminates
