REOL Services will, after contract termination, destroy all remaining client data. This will include, but not limited to:

  • S3 bucket data (all versions)
  • EC2 running instances will enter stopped state and then proceed to shutdown
  • EBS volumes will be deleted and EBS volume snapshots will be released
  • EC2 Client AMI resources will be unregistered
  • EFS resources will be fully removed
  • RDS instances will be decommissioned and snapshots permanently deleted
  • All IAM/SSH credential store will be wiped off from primary and standby locations
  • All 2FA tokens will be revoked and IAM users disabled and removed
  • CloudTrail/CloudWatch logs will remain for a period not longer than 180 days
  • Route53 zones and ELBs will be decommissioned
  • All other, Client assigned, managed AWS resources will spin-down as data export (if applicable) terminates
